ENGR. CHARLES UCHENNA EMEMBOLU, FNSE, FNIEEE, FNCS

Engr. Charles Uchenna Emembolu, FNSE, FNIEEE, FNCS, is a distinguished engineer, technology strategist, and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, IT architecture, innovation ecosystem development, and business transformation. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Crestsage Limited and the founder of TechQuest STEM Academy, through which he has driven impactful digital literacy and innovation programs reaching over 100,000 people across Nigeria.

He pioneered Roar Nigeria Hub, the country’s first university-embedded innovation hub, and currently leads major World Bank–funded innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Cape Verde. Engr. Emembolu also serves in several national leadership roles, including membership of the Nigeria Startup Consultative Forum under the Nigeria Startup Act and Chairman of the Council for Technology Futures.

Recognized internationally for his contributions to technology, STEM education, and entrepreneurship, he has spoken at global platforms including the United Nations General Assembly, TEDx, and international innovation conferences, contributing significantly to Africa’s digital and innovation ecosystem.

FARIDAH HAMZAT

Faridah is a social entrepreneur. She is a business/management consultant and facilitator with specialisation in business process design & improvement, structure, financial intelligence, and leadership, with close to two decades of experience in the financial industry working with SMEs, and with a passion for financial inclusion.

She is currently the CEO at The TNV Company Ltd and also the managing consultant at TNV Consults Limited. She is also the co-founder of the Association of Northern Women Entrepreneurs, a non-profit empowering women, and also the co-founder of Sustainable Impact Hub: A women-centric hub with a mission to reduce poverty and gender inequalities through digital and entrepreneurial training and mentoring.

Grow Fellow and also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). Faridah is also a Mentor on various platforms, among which are the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. She believes investing in women and youth is critical for the economic development of Nigeria, Africa, and the world at large. When women are economically empowered, they reinvest in their families and their communities. providing a multiplier effect that spurs economic growth and creates societies that are more peaceful.
